Contact by email
If you send an email to hello@humanoidrobotdirectory.co.uk, we will receive your email address and any personal information you include in your message. We use this data to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to include your organisation in the directory.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (responding to your request). Where you are submitting a listing or data contribution, the basis is also legitimate interests of the directory in maintaining accurate content.
We do not add contact email addresses to any mailing list without your explicit consent. We do not share personal data from email correspondence with third parties except where required by law.
Analytics
This site may use standard server-side or third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or a privacy-first equivalent) to understand how pages are used in aggregate. If third-party analytics are in use, they are configured to anonymise IP addresses and not to track individuals across sites. No personal profiles are built from analytics data. Analytics data is used only to understand which content is useful and to improve the site.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (understanding how the site is used to improve it). Where third-party analytics tools set cookies, we will provide a cookie notice and obtain consent where required by PECR.
Data we do not collect
This site does not run registration or account systems. It does not collect payment details. It does not use advertising tracking cookies or behavioural profiling. It does not collect special-category personal data.
How long we keep your data
Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was sent, typically no longer than two years unless a longer retention period is justified by an ongoing relationship or legal obligation. After that period it is deleted.
Anonymised analytics aggregates do not contain personal data and are retained indefinitely for site improvement purposes.
